I am running for town council because I believe in our community and its future. I have lived here for almost 20 years. This is where my wife and I are raising our son who plays football at Granite Hills High School.
Since 2016, I have served as a member of the Apple Valley Fire Board. In this position I have worked to adopt balanced budgets, oversaw fire chief evaluations, participated in contract negotiations, and reviewed implementation of Measure A. This experience provides me with the knowledge and abilities to serve effectively on the town council from day one.
Furthermore, I have operated a successful area business which created local jobs. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served in Operation Desert Strike/Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
Bring more and better-paying jobs to Apple Valley by lowering developmental impact fees.
Make middle class home ownership affordable for families.
Ensure public safety is fully funded.
Make the Apple Valley pool available anytime someone has the desire to use it.
Finally, fix Apple Valley’s streets and roads.
I STRONGLY oppose the eminent domain takeover of Liberty Utilities. I will fight any attempt of this grab.
I would also like to build a stadium for Granite Hills High School.
